Ultra Heat Resistant Labels / Tags
We supply groundbreaking heat resistant, and ultra heat resistant, labels and tags that enable ID management, using barcodes for instance, in even the harshest ultra high temperature environments where conventional labels simply couldn’t cope. Using thermal transfer printers and dedicated heat resistant ink ribbons, it is possible to instantly print out essential information on the shop floor. The print won’t even fade or become discolored after exposure to heat. Available in two types, heat resistant labels can either be applied from room temperature, like conventional labels, or applied directly to objects at ultra high temperatures, such as steel or non-ferrous products.
Improve Production Efficiency through Consistent Management from High Temperature Processes
Using ultra heat resistant labels and tags enables barcode-based ID management from high temperature processes up to a maximum of 1,200 ℃.
Apply Labels Directly to Ultra High Temperature Objects
High temperature application labels use specialist adhesive that can be applied directly to high temperature objects up to a maximum of 1,000 ℃. Application requires a dedicated applicator, automatic labeling machine or equivalent.
Instantly Print Essential Information on the Shop Floor
Ultra heat resistant labels and tags can be printed using commercially available thermal transfer printers, so that anyone can print out labels or tags instantly and effortlessly.
Labels can be used across a wide range of processes exposed to heat and applications that require heat resistance.
