Personal Information Protection Policy

Fujiei Syscom Co., Ltd. (hereafter “the Company”) shall take steps to protect personal information as detailed below, including setting out a personal information protection policy, putting in place mechanisms to protect personal information, ensuring that all employees understand the importance of protecting personal information, and promoting related initiatives.

Personal Information Management

The Company shall put in place the necessary framework to maintain and manage security systems, provide rigorous employee training and take any other necessary measures to ensure that customers’ personal information is accurate and up-to-date, and to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification or leaks. The Company shall also take security measures to ensure that personal information is managed with the utmost care.

Purpose of Using Personal Information

The Company shall only use personal information obtained from customers for purposes such as contacting customers, providing information on the Company’s services, or emailing customers or sending information in response to questions.

Prohibition of Third-Party Disclosure or Provision of Personal Information

The Company shall manage all personal information obtained from customers in an appropriate manner, and shall not disclose personal information to any third party except in the following circumstances.

• If required to disclose information by law
• If disclosing information to another service provider for the purpose of subcontracting services requested by the customer
• If the customer has given their consent

The Company shall take effective security measures to ensure that personal information is accurate and secure.

Inquiries from Information Holders

If a customer asks to view their own personal information, or requests that their information be revised or deleted, the Company shall confirm their identity and proceed as instructed.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance and Review of the Policy

The Company shall comply with Japanese legislation and all other regulations applicable to personal information in its possession, and shall review and improve the contents of this policy as and when necessary.
